Jeff Emerson shares his story, of how living with ADHD that was not diagnosed nearly led him to commit suicide. Finding a diagnosis allowed Emerson to understand why he felt the way he did, and get the help he needed. Finding ways to cope, and medication when it can be helpful, can help those with ADHD lead happier and more productive lives.
