According to Professor John Stein, dyslexia is caused genetically. People with dyslexia has nerve cells called magnocells that are already impaired.

I've never even heard of dyscalculia before. It is a learning disorder that has the inability involving the inability to understand the meaning of numbers and mathematical problems.

Diagnosing Dyscalculia is not as easy as diagnosing a cold.  It cannot be identified before second grade for the reason...

Nonverbal learning disability is a combination of learning, academic, social and emotional issues. It  is not easily diagnosed. It can only be detected when a child is in the late elementary school level.

A study of explaining the connection between ADHD and Dyslexia is being conducted by Michelle Kibby, who also is a child-clinical neuropsychologist, in Southern Illinois.

She hopes to discover how the research would be able to aid in the early identification of both conditions and be able to comprehend what causes them and what causes them to occur together in some children.
