Autism Awareness Month (Infograph)

This web publication is geared toward making people aware of and being able to identify Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD is a developmental disability that is usually notable within the first 3 years of a person’s life. ASD affects to various degrees, a person's ability to communicate and interact with other people. A person with ADS can display few or many of the following behaviors: Difficulty making eye contact, delayed learning of speech and language, poor motor skills, difficulty holding conversations, problems with verbal and non-verbal communication, lack of interest in relating to peers, poor sensory sensitivity (i.e. being aware of senses like cold, heat, pain, touch, taste, sight), possibly making them vulnerable to injury or danger. This publication gives info on ADS statistics, fundraising (donations) and Autism support groups.
