Empowering our children is to lead them where they would feel valued, efficient and to recognize that they play the role of creator in their own lives and futures. Empowerment helps build on the strengths of children and young people. It gives them the power to what to say and be in control of their lives, and allows them to comprehend their rights, so they can act on them if they need to.
