Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) can cause a teen or child to have many behavioral problems. This includes tempers, arguing, blaming others, and a teen or child with ODD may also experience difficulties with their friendships or even have academic issues. ODD is usually caused by one of three ways, like when neurotransmitters have problems communicating it causes the teen or child to have behavioral problems. One can seek help for ODD by going to therapy and even visiting social skill building websites.
