As someone who can admit to being a white liar and also who has studied human interactions before, I can tell you that the thing about the eyes is absolutely 100% correct. Even in white liars who make up convincing lies since they themselves sometimes even believe them, it can be seen in their eyes if they are telling the truth or not.
