A mother is often times the one in charge of giving the children the most nutritious meal that they deserve. But most of than not, preparing what to eat during dinner or any time of the day for that matter can be a daunting task sometimes more so to those women who have ADD. In this, article, a mom who has ADD shares some of her tips to come up with meal preparations.
