Adult ADHD and Forgiveness Part 1 – Busting Forgiveness Myths

The following article promotes the use of forgiveness by presenting counter arguments to some common misconceptions. For example, we are reminded that forgiveness is an act of love, not of least resistance. While forgiveness may be difficult, it is much healthier (for everyone involved) to forgive rather than cling to past hurts. The article is geared toward helping people with ADHD, although anyone can benefit from the insights it contains.
