Children who face discrimination face the odds of twice as likely to experience depression, anxiety, and ADHD. In fact, those children that were exposed to racism appeared to have an increased chance of having ADHD by 3.2 percent. The greatest reduction in general health was found among Hispanic children that were exposed to racism.
