What do you know about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder? Many people know that this is something that can affect children but did you know that it also can affect adults? The truth is that ADHD can persist into adulthood for almost sixty percent of patients that had the condition while diagnosed as a child.

Childhood symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) persist into adulthood in as many as 60% of patients, according to findings published in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.

There was a recent research that included nearly 600 ADHD patients that indicated how their symptoms covered into their adult lives from being diagnosed as a child.
