Access routes for those with physical or learning difficulties

This article is about DARE the Disability Access Route to Education, which is used to help those with disabilities get to higher education where they are currently underrepresented, and HEAR or Higher education Access route is a similar program that helps individuals with mental handicaps such as Aspergers, ADD, ADHD, and blind or hearing impaired students go to colleges.
