Sioux Falls Catholic schools have decided to not test their students with the state-standard Common Core based math tests; instead opting for traditional math testing. In response to complaints by parents, the schools once again revamped their math teaching and assessments to look more like the “math of old” than the newer Common Core investigative math. The new testing will not ignore state standards.
