There have been ten years of setbacks for Common Core, which was a program that was designed to aid students and prevent them from falling behind. The program was created and adopted by 40 states. Some wonder if it just needs some more time to succeed and has not been given a fair chance yet. The plan had a lot of optimism at the start and the fact that only 10 states did not sign on is a good sign.
