Creativity is a very important thing to help lift math education as many students struggle with it nationwide. If there is a creative side to math then that will make students more engaged and wanna learn more about math. Trying to solve a novel math problem is not something that can be done solely with cognitive processes. The research is conclusive and it shows that math is done through a creative approach yields better results for students.
