Seattle is going to make math about race and a lot of people are upset about that fact. When people start talking about math and its inherent racist properties, then things need to be put in perspective. There are a lot of people out there that want things to be controlled in their favor. The interesting thing is that throughout history, math has been something that all races have excelled at and anyone can do it.

Seattle is putting race above learning and many people are outraged because it means a fundamental change in curriculum.
