The students will enjoy the fun and creative ways to learn the subject matter. While the gender gap is being narrowed in these fields between boys and girls, women still are underrepresented. During summer vacation, this gap seems to increase and this program is an attempt to redirect their attention back to math and science.

It is no secret that girls are still underrepresented when it comes to science, math, technology, and engineering. However, a new summer program in Buffalo, New York, is aiming to change all of that. The University of Buffalo is offering a summer day camp for a total of five days at no cost to the student or their family. This summer camp is geared to show the student how fun math can be.
