This is very similar to dyslexia only you are unable to put down what you know in your mind to be true but you can not form it in the way that you want to convey it through writing. It can prevent you from completing the way that you think that it should be completed.
This is more than just writing but also the inability to differentiate between comprehension and you cannot write well.
