This video delves into the nature of these two disorders, and why their nature of being neurologically-based means they cannot technically be cured in the way many hope. However, both can be manageable with the right tools. especially with early and consistent intervention and therapy!
Can Dyslexia or ADHD be cured?

Our society is often very interested in finding solutions and cures. And while this is a good mentality for many things, it's often controversial when it comes to subjects like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or dyslexia.
ADHD is a common childhood behavioral disorder, where children are hyperactive, impulsive and have difficulty focusing on tasks. Dyslexia, meanwhile, is a language disorder -- students have difficulty learning to read words and process numbers. Neither are a disease; in fact, they are something you are born with, and often run in families.
Key Takeaways:
1
Dyslexia and ADHD can’t be cured.
2
Both dyslexia and ADHD are neurological in origin and they do run in families.
3
Dyslexia and ADHD can be managed if done with consistency.
