Dyslexia involves a learning difference that weakens a person's skill to read and write. In other words, dyslexia makes it hard for people to interpret words. Many people struggle with dyslexia. It is a neurological problem that can happen within families. Patients who have dyslexia are mostly diagnosed with it at a young age. Adults who get diagnosed with dyslexia could always have the issue their whole lives. However, dyslexia can also be caused by brain damage. In addition, some of the difficulties that come from dyslexia are associated with speech, reading, writing, developmental growth, hearing and focusing.
