Nina and Courtney Disccuss Having Dyslexia (Video)

Nina was diagnosed with dyslexia in third grade. In this video, Nina explains how dyslexia affects her learning, what her strengths are, and how Churchill School helped her manage her dyslexia. The head of activities at Churchill School also explains what dyslexia is and how learning disabilities can affect a student’s self-esteem and learning. Learning how to learn and managing her ADD has helped Nina succeed as a student.

Students that have a learning disability, by the very nature of it, have average to above average intelligence but if you don't believe that you're smart and you don't believe that you can learn that will impact all areas of your life.
