An insight into the dyslexic brain via #dyslexia

What if preschoolers could be identified and diagnosed with dyslexia before ever facing the same of not learning to read with their peers? That is precisely what Dr. Nadine Gaab hopes to do. Earlier diagnosis could mean destigmatization, especially if interventions are successful and completed before the child every has a chance to fall behind. Right now, doctors know early intervention is most effective, but educators are usually not able to catch the diagnosis until the child is in second or third grade.
