Dyslexia impacts twenty percent of the population and sixty percent of people are said to think in pictures. Dyslexic people come in all shapes and sizes and they are a lot different than most folks. They think differently and that is a great asset in the workplace. There is a lot more awareness of the condition and that is a good thing. Dyslexic people are the innovators and game changers and also solution finders in life.
