A recent post by Fernette Eide highlights the strengths and benefits of Dyslexia. YouTube sensation, Madilyn Bailey, an up and coming singer songwriter has done just that. Her channel now has close to 400 million views and she is bringing awareness of Dyslexia in a positive light. Madilyn is a positive role model for all children with Dyslexia.

In her video, Madilyn explains she was frustrated with Dyslexia and felt she was slower and behind everyone else. She finally came to the conclusion that Dyslexia is a positive attribute that has helped her become a more creative person and better problem solver. Song writing has become her outlet that she used to explore the benefits of Dyslexia.
I started seeing all the benefits. Because I’m always problem solving, trying to come up with new creative ways to solve a problem, I feel it has helped me tremendously with being a creative person.
