The One Thing You Need to Become the Best Homeschool Teacher

If you are homeschooling your child, particularly a child with special needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, et cetera, training and research are incredibly important. All the training in the world, however, is no substitute for experience. Once you have finished training, read the books, and consumed all of the advice and curriculum available online, it is time to get started.
There’s no substitute for experience, and you only get experienced by actually doing the work. Sure, you’ll have panicked, frustrating days but as time goes on, you’ll start to put all of that training to good use. And you’ll begin to understand how to apply all of those tips and tricks to educating your own precious son or daughter.
Parents who want to teach their kids with dyslexia – or ADHD or ADD or dysgraphia or dyscalculia – sincerely desire to provide their kids with the best education and the best environment for living and learning that they can.
