Katya Seberson, a dyslexic woman, has founded Executive Mind, a company that trains professionals to understand the dyslexic brain. Specifically, her life mission is prove to dyslexics that “they're brilliant, they're intelligent, and they can become successful.” In this video, Seberson tells her story, how she grew up in Russia and was told that she was stupid in classrooms because of her dyslexia.

Seberson eventually learned how to hide her condition, though, and became a straight A student through college. However, it still became too much for her when she moved to America, and she realized she needed to address her dyslexia problem. She then spent 36 hours in the library learning about her condition, and from there, she came up with the idea of Executive Mind. Since then, she has enjoyed working with people with dyslexia and has a team of professionals to helps the company grow.
