A sequence is a specific order of numbers that are based on a pattern or a rule. The practice of sequencing has begun at a very early age in the state of Arizona where kids as young as preschool have begun the practice. People need to be able to recall the names of different digits. They will also need to be able to compare quantities and recall the names of the place values and this is not an easy thing to do.
