A big portion of the population does not understand dyslexia very well. As a result, dyslexics have to overcome lack of support and other barriers. The lifelong condition but it can be managed with educational programs and interventions that are effective in improving reading and writing skills. Although dyslexia is a challenging disease, it doesn’t have to stop someone from living a full, productive life.

Dyslexia is a learning disorder that affects 10% of the American pop. It primarily influences a person’s ability to read, spell, and use language to various degrees. It is not related to a person’s intelligence. Because the signs are not obvious, it can often go undetected for long lengths of time.
