Beyond The Grading

A speaker went to a school to talk about the kids about grades and how they are judged in the real world. There are sorting and ranking system that is in place at the schools that the kids must follow. There are unfair advantages and other things that get in the way for students. One thing that is important to have is effective learning which has the assumption that all kids can learn and grow.
