The learning loss that students have had this year is quite astounding. Mandatory mediation to assist the students in learning is needed. There is a generational impact that will be happening with students. One leader has said that there need to be goals that are attainable for students. There is a five-year plan that is currently underway to get students to do better and teachers are hoping that it works out. There have been many changes this school year.
