There have been many calls to change the structure of teaching training. There are issues with how they are trained currently and improvements are necessary for the minds of some. Aspiring teachers are put into programs that do not do a good job in training them to do their job to the best of their ability. Too few teachers focus on the importance of character formation and are never taught it in their training and that is an issue.
