The Obama family and a creator have teamed up on an animated series that will help to teach kids in preschool. The intent of the series is to inspire young girls who are black. It is about a smart girl who is black and the idea is to get black girls interested in STEM. The series has not come out yet and will come out next year. The show is about strong girls and smart girls.

The series follows a popular book series written by Andrea Beaty with illustrator David Roberts to encourage more young Black girls to become interested in STEM.
