IEP meetings are very hard for the people involved. Every year there is a meeting where kids and parents discuss the futures of their kids. They can be very stressful for people and the IEP participants feel a lot of anxiety when they go into it. It is a very hard thing for parents and kids. There can be a knot in your stomach as the time approaches for the meeting, but there are ways to help that.
