Build Resiliency in Children

The “stay positive” aspect seems obvious enough if you think about it. We’re leaders. Our children look to us to set the tone each day. If we stay frustrated or feel defeated most of the time, it will naturally trickle down to our children.

We, as parents, must be our children’s concrete on how to be resilient. We are the ones who spend most of their life with and run to when they need help, so we must also be strong and be able to get up whenever we fall down.
