Kids’ curiosity leads the lessons

Curiosity is defined as the desire to learn about anything and the most curious of all are the children. They are always curious about whatever surrounds them. As parents, it is our responsibility to guide our children on how to make sure that their curiosity would not get the best of them or hurt them.

A preschool pilot program has been organized by Jackson Hole Children’s Museum and the Teton Literacy Center’s Lit Lab that lets children decide on how they would learn the best way they can. The program was started with the idea that when children are allowed to explore things on their own, they can create possibilities that often adults overlook. Childhood educators discovered that for kids to learn they need to take a step back.
