Mirror neurons: The most powerful learning tool.

Mirror neurons are found in humans and primates, and are activated when we see someone else do something, and we have the urge to mirror it. Mirror neurons are related to empathic and social interactions. Imitation is a key part of the learning process, so mirror neurons are extremely important in learning.

Mirror neurons are essential for imitation which is the key in learning.

Mirror neurons allow us to reflect body language, facial expression, and emotions of other humans. Since humans are social creatures, these neurons are extremely important and allow us to reach our goals as a group, as opposed to individually. Seeing a teacher or parent doing something allows us to learn much quicker than them explaining how to do it.
