Kids & Behavior Charts: Useless For Some

Behavior charts in the classroom can be beneficial to some students. Every child is different and therefore different methods of classroom management should be enforced. If a student is having a difficult time abiding by the classroom and school rules; something could be going on a little deeper than surface level. It takes a caring teacher and administration to get to the root cause of behavior management. Maybe that student needs brain breaks in intervals of an hour or so.

Behavior Charts Fall Short For Kids Who Need Them

I can’t stress enough how ineffective the typical behavior chart really is for our children’s long-term success.
