A lot of parents feel outraged when they deal with the school system and outside people that diagnose their children with certain issues. Parents can get angry when the school cannot work with the child that has been diagnosed and then the parent can become outraged. The school, most of the time, have a different evaluation than the outside professional diagnosis. The school can issue a green, yellow, or red light in response to the diagnosis.
