Merriam:    Structure can be beneficial for all children really because it, when you know what's expected of you, then it's much easier to perform if the target isn't always moving. And so for a child with Adhd in particular, who's more likely to forget or you know, they don't have the ability to listen to multi-step directions, if they know that the same everything is the same every day and maybe there are visuals that have been set up, you know, it's a picture of a child brushing a tooth, brushing their teeth and you know, that can be, they can go check that and see what's next on their list. then it, it will just help everyone succeed and also takes the pressure off the parent for constantly yelling what the next step is for the child because it's predetermined. It's the same next step every day. So it just can help consolidate the learning and take the pressure off.
